Tiny Italian Kitchen

Since 2009 , Jaci has been storytelling about food, cooking and eating around the world. Having lived in multiple areas, she is currently located in Italy, the mecca of food culture for some. Italy has broadened her skills as a cook and she is starting to believe it might be the mecca of food culture. She continues to share with every home cook having the motivation to learn how to cook is what is important, not what you never had a chance to acquire. Expanding her passion into photographing food for her readers has allowed Jaci to show that the culinary world is not scary but rather a fear to be conquered and even enjoyed. Through her photography readers develop the “I want to eat that” attitude which builds them up to try, try and try again. Her motto: “If I can cook, everyone can.” Her new book The Confident Cook addresses typical fears her readers have mentioned and is coming soon. Jaci hopes her readers will continue to give her more ideas and comments which is what created this first book. She hopes her next book will take less than ten years to write, but first she has to stop enjoying so many gelato-filled summers.
